I do not accept insurance and am considered “out of network.” However, many insurance carriers provide reimbursement, sometimes up to 80%. I will provide you with a superbill (detailed receipt) upon request which you can then submit to your insurance carrier. Please contact your insurance carrier for specific information on out of network reimbursement and how to submit superbills.

Taking the initial leap into therapy can feel intimidating and vulnerable. I’m here to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible. We’ll start with a brief telephone conversation where you can share a bit about what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals and any concerns you may have as we try to get a sense of whether my therapy practice fits your needs. If so, we will then schedule an initial 50-minute virtual session. From there, therapy will be a collaborative process where we will work together to prioritize your unique objectives and needs. Over time, we will evaluate how therapy is going and ensure you feel supported and moving towards your goals.
